Child’s baptism in a Moscow church, Russia. Shortened version for the website. The baptism ceremony and a short photo session afterwards usually last about an hour. During this time, we manage to take about a hundred different photos, which I send back with processing. The space in the church is usually poorly lit, so I use the fastest lenses, which allow me to get bright photos without using a flash. My equipment is ideally assembled for creating different types of photos — close-up portraits, general plans with the space inside, details.
